Although this website is updated regularly, insurance participation with a specific health insurance carrier can change abruptly depending on the level of abuse by the carrier. Please call the office to confirm our current contracts.

We are out-of-network providers for most other carriers, including Medicare and most of the Washington Health Exchange plans offered by the above carriers. Other restrictions may apply - please call for additional information.

WASHINGTON HEALTH EXCHANGE:

We are not Participating Providers for most of the health insurance plans offered through the Washington Health Exchange. If you have this type of insurance, we are most likely out-of-network providers; please check with your insurer or benefits administrator regarding out-of-network benefits.

WORKMAN’S COMPENSATION:

We are not currently accepting new patients under workman’s compensation, except for maritime injuries covered under the Jones Act, and police officers.

MEDICARE:

Unfortunately for patients, we are no longer a contracted provider for Medicare.

The reasons for this include:

reimbursement from the government that is less than the cost of the service

    excessive administrative burdens

    complex unfunded mandates

If you are a Medicare beneficiary, please consider contacting your US Senator or US Representative to inform them that your access to medical care is being jeopardized by federal policies.
